BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. First off, there are stairs, stairs, and more stairs! 4 flights of long stairs! Secondly, even though these are new construction, they are not cleaned well. Third, the AC is terrible, and they know it. We found out from the maintenance man that he has to come all the time with fans because the air goes out. Finally: this is a “frat party” location! The roof top parties go on until 5am EVERY NIGHT! The 2nd night, we called police, and they knew exactly where we were and why we were calling. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! ##### Ang W.
