While the young lady working the reception desk was very nice, polite and helpful, as we stood there to check in, a water leak began to fall from the ceiling in front of the lobby water feature. We walked to our room down a first floor corridor with a musty smell and a bucket on the floor catching the water from another ceiling leak. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
