This is a historic 3 floor building on the 5th Avenue of the Arts in downtown Nashville. In the early 1900s it was the Armstrong Corset Shop. Over the last several years we have renovated the 3rd floor & roof into 3 unique lofts. It's got a 17' spiral stair that we welded in place which leads to a private rooftop deck in the middle of downtown. Stained concrete floors. Exposed brick & 4 skylights. Custom welded farm table & coffee table. 2 king-size beds. Antique dressers, rug, buffet, chesterfield. Vintage porcelain barn & army lights. A french press. A cocktail shaker. A nespresso machine. 55" TV. Unit 303 it's all your's. Your loft has a private rooftop deck that only you have access to. It has hanging tea lights for a nice summertime ambience. This was our second stay in these lofts. Last year, my husband and I stayed in the one bedroom unit, this year we returned with our two daughters so stayed in the two bedroom loft. I honestly can’t say enough good about our return visit. These lofts are so amazing in every way! Location is a short walk to almost everything. Even though Broadway is so close, this street is quiet and has a neighbourhood feel. The building itself is so beautiful- historic, trendy, safe and comfortable! The two bedrooms, two full baths, full kitchen and fun living room felt like home from the first moment we stepped in. Beautifully decorated with attention to detail. It was a nice touch to have the radio playing when we walked in-the perfect start to a week filled with music ! The rooftop patio was enjoyed only briefly due to the heat wave, but we did still celebrate my husband’s birthday up there, toasting to the skies over Nashville. Vijay is such a wonderful and available host. I never had a moment I didn’t feel supported or appreciated as a guest. Loved the vibe of the place. The rooftop deck was perfect for late night drinks and talks. Close to everything. Expensive (in my opinion) but worth every penny! ##### Christine L. Loft is perfect for two couples with comfy king beds and great common spaces and an added bonus of a rooftop space. Great place in a perfect location! ##### Colleen B. Definitely recommend, we will be back! The new 5th & Broadway shops and Assembly Hall Food Court was a great add to the city- 2 blocks from this property!! ##### Andrea W. I am a local who had 4 friends in town to celebrate our 40th birthdays. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and relax comfortably. The location is PERFECT and the rooftop deck is a gem in the middle of the city. Everything is in walking distance. If you are considering any of the Corset Lofts, don’t even hesitate to book.
