About a 2 mile walk to Broadway St but we chose to drive or Uber down there. Lots of beds and parking was easy as we had our own vehicle. Once in a while you might here foot steps in property above but overall it was a quiet neighborhood. This unit also sits to the side of the main rd so no street noise.
