It features an in-law suite with a half bath (no shower), and while it currently lacks a bed, we can provide one upon request. The home is cozy and located in a friendly community with close access to gas stations, grocery stores, Dollar General, and Starbucks. 2 driveways accommodate multiple cars. However, there is 1 outside shed that contains the owner’s personal belongings. For any food deliveries, shipt dot com will deliver them all to you. Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval. Getting Around: Grocery Store, Dollar General and Dollar Tree within 3 miles. Other Things to Note: Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM.
