Everyone had ample space to relax after football camp each day, however there were multiple issues with the property, which we had Unit 3 & 4\. 1) out of the 8 bedrooms there were only 2 wash cloths. Property manager came out and provided wash cloths for Unit 3 and told me that Unit 4 already had them. This was in the early afternoon. I went to unit 4 at 10pm and there was not a wash cloth in any bedroom or bathroom. Wash cloths were for babies, not adults. They were the smallest, cheapest wash cloths I’ve ever seen. 2\. Both units Refrigerators were dirty. I’ve was stained with something brown and one fridge had a package of waffles in it. 3\. Unit 3’s rooftop fireplace didn’t have propane so couldn’t operate it. 4\. Unit 4’s rooftop patio was littered with beer bottles, beer cans, and old Chinese food cartons on the patio tables. 5\. The first and second floor of Unit 3’s AC wouldn’t go lower than 74 degrees so it was quite warm overnight. 6\. Awakened multiple times one night with roaches in bed in the first floor bedroom. Bring bug spray and refrigerator cleaning supplies. ##### James W.
