Modest and simple units only 1 mile or less from some of the best of Music City's gems. • 1 mile from downtown Broadway • 1 mile from the Gulch • 1/2 mile from the Midtown • Free Parking (1 car with overflow parking available) • Free WiFi/Cable • Well-Equipped kitchen • Washer & Dryer on-site & free • Step's away from Jack's BBQ (YUM) • Check in at 4 pm // Check out at 10 am The Space Each apartment of McMillin Court is 500 Sq feet with two small bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There are 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower with a tub. The space sleeps 4 comfortably however can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils as well as a Keurig to give you a jump start before exploring the city. Free WiFi, cable, as well as on-site laundry and an ice machine are on premises. Outside the apartment, McMillin offers a smoke-free courtyard with a small fountain and shared porch seating. Loading and unloading of vehicles is permitted in front of McMillin Court with convenient parking adjacent to the property for each unit and there is additional parking across the street. The Neighborhood The Midtown area is known for its restaurants & nightlife. Here you'll find places like Tavern, Losers, Winners, Kung Fu Saloon, The Patterson House, Clyde's, Hattie B's Hot Chicken, Broadway Brewhouse, and the list goes on! The biggest problem you will have is deciding where to go first. You'll then of course only be one mile from downtown Broadway which has all of the live music & honky tonks your heart desires. Nearby find TriStar Medical, Vanderbilt University, Centennial Park/Parthenon, West End restaurants and midtown & demonbreun hill bar scene, Belle Meade Plantation, Marathon Village/Antique Archaeology, The Gulch, Downtown YMCA, historical Ryman, Lower Broadway Jack's Bar-B-Que, Honky Tonks, Printer's Alley and much more (Just a 5 minute Lyft ride away). Getting Around ON FOOT Jack Cawthon's Bar-B-Que is next door, Burger King, Subway, and Walgreens. The Midtown hot spots & Broadway will both be about a mile walk away. RIDESHARE There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option! TAXIS See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs. MTA BUSES The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. NASHVILLE B-CYCLE Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! Communication was great, check-in and checkout process was smooth, and we had everything we needed at our place, including a little kitchen. It’s a fairly short drive (about 10 minutes depending on traffic) to and from Broadway but far enough that sneaky cab drivers will try to charge you an arm and a leg during prime time. We found that the cheapest we could get was 15USD each way but someone tried to charge us over 50USD on the Saturday night - beware!!! Aside from that, awesome place to stay.
