Prime downtown location on 2nd & Church. Built in 1882 by the George A. Dickel Company. Private rooftop deck with panoramic views of downtown Nashville. Custom welded spiral stairs, 75" TV in main room, 55" TVs in bedrooms, curated outlaw country record collection. Short walk to the Stadium, Lower Broadway & Printer's Alley Units 401 & 402 are the only Lofts on the 4th floor, both are 2 bedroom/2 bath, so if you have a larger group you can rent both and have the whole floor. If you need more space the 3rd floor (units 301 & 302) also has two 2 bedroom/2 bath lofts. Very clean, comfortable beds and the rooftop deck is a huge perk. What we weren’t prepared for was the noise. Because of the close proximity to Broadway the noise was unbearable outside. The cars, motorcycles, police cars, you name it, we heard it. They are in a great location a few blocks from Printer's Alley and Broadway, an easy walk to all of the bars, restaurants, and things to do. The apartment is in an old brick building and has been fully renovated with a modern, upscale design. Check out the pics on VRBO -- it's exactly as it looks online. The owners/managers are friendly and helpful, and they clearly put a lot of thought into making this a top-notch experience for guests. Fit and finish is upscale, with fun touches like a usable guitar, record player, and espresso machine. Getting in and out is easy with digital key codes, a pay parking garage on the block, and a stealth elevator entrance adjacent to a smoke shop! Highly recommended. ##### Craig S.
