The location is nearly considered downtown but really more in the Germantown area. We are just a few miles away from Downtown Nashville, including the Sounds Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, The Music City Center, etc. ($6-7 Uber ride to Broadway). Right off of I65, which makes all of Nashville very accessible. The first thing you notice is the gorgeous, bright hardwood floor located throughout the home. The large kitchen and living room layout make it great for entertaining! Not only will you enjoy what Nashville has to offer, but you will love your time in the home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is a really quiet neighborhood and not far from downtown. Most of the family stayed in a VRBO loft in printers alley. We were so grateful to be in this quiet house 5 min from the action. It was a little clumsy parking the vehicles inside the keyed gate then having to go around to the front to enter house but the location and quiet neighborhood made up for that! ##### Mary G.
