"The house was spacious, cosy, and welcoming and we were enjoying our stay.Unfortunately, our experience was ruined on the last day due to an honest mistake with the check out date. We thought it was Saturday at 10 but it was actually Friday. "Fabulous location and warm welcome. Our room, the Zodiac room, was large, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. It was very hot but there was already a fan in the room. My partner had a back massage and said it was great, as we're the facilities. There is no out door jacuzzi due to building works and it didn't spoil our time there. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food, service and vino very good. We will come back 😁👍"

"The staff including Mia on the front desk, Millie on the bar and serving staff in the restaurant were all very helpful. Suggest more help in the bar at busy times as it sometimes takes a long time to get drinks. Special mention to Sarah, Events Manager and the chefs in the kitchen, the special meal for 20 was excellent. Our special occasion anniversary weekend was a great success. Thanks everyone."

"Lovely quiet location overlooking pedestrianised New Walk and very central, close to town and university. Very efficient and helpful staff. Room very comfortable and well appointed and whole building well adapted from original row of 19th century houses. Good onsite parking too. Looking forward to next stay."
