"Bruno was an amazing host! We are truly grateful for his welcome as first time travelers to Italy. Centrally located, we were able to walk anywhere in the city we wanted to go. The communication was excellent and the breakfast was just right especially the cappuccino! When my planning skills failed me, Bruno went out of his way to accommodate us. "It's as advertised. Be warned it is on street level, in a large city, so there is going to be noise around the clock. Complaining about that would be like renting a beach house and complaining about the sand. That said we had no trouble sleeping so the noise isn't that bad. The location is great. "Poor area. Horrible parking with trash and graphiti everywhere. Drivers are crazy. Inside the hotel great but leave anywhere and its like a video game. Empty offices, homeless burning garbage, just wild."

"The room was clean and large. The bathroom was not bad, it could have more shelves though. The breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed the variety specially the nuts, seeds and fruits. Not to mention the coffee machine too. :) The location was close to the station, shopping and restaurants around. Not in the best neighborhood of Naples but it was OK. The staff were very nice and helpful too. My concern was mostly about the beds. Even though they were comfortable to sleep, both of them were very very squeaky. Every tiny movement of the body made the beds squeak and so it was annoying specially if you have a fellow traveler in the same room, you could easily wake each other up! :("

"Check-in was excellent. There was a crowd of folks(a tour group) occupying the lobby. We could barely enter. The person behind the counter recognized it immediately and motioned for us to approach and check in. Leaving was another story. While they'll call you a cab, they don't have doorman service like most first rate hotels. This is a uniformed person that flags the cab, directs him where to stop then assists you to it. We were on our own, couldn't locate the guy, crossed the 6 lane street 3x and finally jumped into another cab. The room was very nice. The only downside was the shower stall. It was really TINY. Was like a travel trailer. We are not big people. If you are, it is a definite consideration."

"The hotel is located on Garibaldi square near the train/subway station and only 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. It was a beautiful, spacious hotel and had a wonderful restaurant on the roof top where we ate a few times. We had a room facing the square and it blocked out all the street noise and light. The room itself was probably newly renovated with nice bathrooms and wood floors. We were jet lagged so didn't have the energy to see Naples and our primary goal was to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento. I would highly recommend staying here."
