Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
Likes: location is wonderful. Grocery store right across the street, coffee and pastries right downstairs, 15-20 minute walk to ferry 15 minutes by cab to train. Straight up the street takes you to major shopping and restaurants. Listings is accurate and looks like photos. Host helped find a car service and was helpful. Dislikes: communication with Holidu, I almost cancelled due to this. This is a property management company and not your actual host. Once I was able to converse with the actual host through WhatsApp things went a little more smoothly. The only complaint I have about the host is they sent a cleaning crew a few days into our stay after that the door would not lock properly causing much anxiety about leaving our belongings in the apartment. I contacted the host twice about this and it was not fixed during our stay. My other dislike was we asked for extra towels and we were told we would be charged for those. I paid for an entire day that we did not use so that we could check in early and still was told nop about the towels. Very insistent on cleaner coming. The host also requested coming to the apartment 15 minutes before our checkout to do a walk-through since we were checking out early that did not happen and I sent a video of the condition of the apartment before we left instead it was just odd.
