Great Location for Golfers and Wine Lovers
A great spot to be in for the golf tournament we were attending and for taking our car tours around wine country.

Wonderful place but communication lacking
Overall the stay was great and the place was just as advertised. But the communication lacked from the host. I sent several texts regarding the broken lock and the check in information with no response. I received the check information late while I was on my way to the place and did not receive any check out info till late the night before and did not see it until I had already left. If I had seen that I would have performed the check out tasks better beforehand.

Good sstay
Location is perfect for visiting the valley. Good amenities nearby. Not the most glamourous, but price was reasonable. Some improvements could be made. Easy check in/out. Good parking.

Wine Tasting Trip
To start, you can check in early if you pay a fee. Slightly confusing initially since I got a call from one of the property managers (I was in contact with 3 of them for some reason) saying that I did not upload my photo ID, however in searching emails and VRBO messages, I couldn’t find the instruction to do so. Not a big issue though. Before arriving, I had asked if there was a regular coffee maker in the condo which I was told there was, but there was only a Nespresso machine instead. I ended up buying a “Mr. Coffee” type machine since we wanted several cups of coffee to drink in the mornings. I had to buy wine glasses (at a tasting) since the condo only had one wine glass and two champagne flutes. The condo is advertised as having a washer, but the laundry machines are located outside near the pool area which is close by. Lastly, the neighbor’s outside porch light shines very brightly into front door window. If you’re sleeping on the sofa pull out bed, bring a sleeping eye shade. On the plus side, the condo was situated in a nice neighborhood and good location, easy to drive to many places.

We were disappointed...the place is so-so! Cheaply redone, looks better in the pics than in person. We reported damage we saw as soon as we stepped in to the property manager with pics of a broken mirror and they held back our security dollars without any explanation as to why. We are realtors and know to report damage as soon as you enter the rental but they still held it for no reason despite us reporting the damage. Still working on this with no answers whatsoever from management.

Needs Repairs. New Carpet. New Outside Seating.
The unit we stayed in didn’t have a regular coffee maker or Keurig … it has a small Nespresso espresso machine… a cup would not fit under… (expect a one shot espresso cup) there were exactly 4 plates 4 bowls … with a few mixed matched wine glasses. The kitchen is poorly stocked. The WORST by far was the CARPET, it is stained, very dirty and buckled. One of dining room chairs is broken. The outside furniture bench and chair are not usable. Either remove them or replace. In the bath there is a wall dispenser for soap, shampoo and something else…. I think the items have been there for ages… but the unit is clean. Just run down. Just because a place is dog friendly, doesn’t mean that it should be in disrepair. It needs to be people friendly as well. But if you are considering Silverado, go! You will enjoy the resort and the area, it’s stunning.

PG & E Power outage crashes vacation
We booked a 5 night stay at this condo located on the Silverado Resort and enjoyed the first 3 nights . Then PG &E instituted a regional power outage which affected our unit and the entire Silverado Resort. We checked out on time 2 days early because we had no electricity, no hot water, no working toilets and thus the unit was basically uninhabitable. Guests also checked out of the resort for the same reasons with no problems from the Silverado. We contacted the property manager advising him of the issues and our early check out and requested a refund of the 2 nights for which we couldn’t occupy and get full use of the unit. The manager and owner have refused to rebate our unused 2 nights blaming the problem on the power company. Their refusal and position taken is unfair and disregards the basic fact that they could not deliver what we paid for: a unit with basic services; despite the fact that the outage was not caused or controlled by them. The area hotels have happily accommodated guest cancellations and refunds due to this issue but not this owner, who in my opinion and legal position, has been unjustly enriched and now paid for a habitable unit that he could not deliver for the last 2 days of our stay. I recommend skipping this unit based on the owner’s/manager’s callous approach to customer service.

Second time at this unit and I love it. I rated the 3 above because I had no soap, no housekeeping.
Lights didn’t work in entryway. Not enough coffee. Housekeeping forgot to fill the soap. The manager was AWESOME but the maid service took over 5 hours to show up. They replenished the soap, but didn’t clean anything or leave me more coffee even though I left a note.

This apartment truly has million dollar views! We could see the golf course from the large expansive windows from the bedroom and the living room. In the evening, we loved walking on the golf course after dinner.

It’s only the view
We were disappointed. It was our fourth stay in condos at Silverado and by far the least. The condo needs some work. There were no directions or information. We weren’t given enough towels, the garbage disposal didn’t work, and we were given the incorrect password for the Wi-Fi. On the possitve side, the bed was very comfortable.

Nice Views in Napa
Whether you want to golf, go wine tasting or just relax, this condo is in a perfect place. It is close to all major wineries, great restaurants and on a great golf course. The unit was well furnished for 2 people and the outside patio is a great way to end the day

Nice property, great location, very quiet!
Very pleasant neighborhood, relaxing environment, quiet. Easy access and very convenient parking. Very comfortable bed and linens - so cozy! The pool that is accessible by condo users wasn't particularly clean and the floor of the pool is yellowed, so we refrained from entering the water. We were two women renting (elder mother and adult daughter) and towels/washcloths were too limited. One washcloth and a single towel for bathing when I'm staying in a place for 3 nights, particularly when I'm golfing, working out, wine tasting, dining, etc. is inadequate. I saw this in a prior post; owners should consider providing a reasonable quantity of towels/washcloths for guests.

Loved the Silverado resort and surrounds. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the patio was a lovely spot to enjoy the view. Only minor quibble would be that the apartment could do with a bit more cutlery! Manager was great to deal with.

Beautiful location. Very clean room and updated. Needs more towels though.
Since there is no daily cleaning service I had to use two towels to last me through for showers in two days. It’s a good thing I was alone otherwise I don’t know what we would’ve done. Lovely place.

Ground-level 1-bedroom apartment with nice amenities, and great views of the Silverado golf course. Accommodating and very welcoming. The Market store adjacent to the Resort building is convenient for early-morning coffee, pastries and snacks. Nearby pool is also an enjoyable amenity. Location is perfect to get to many areas of Napa. Apartment is located in a quiet area right off Atlas Peak Rd, with easy access to the Silverado Trail Road. Perfect for a couple who wants some peace and a quiet night's sleep while in Napa.
