"A very modern and stunning hotel locating at a friendly and beautiful neighborhood. Very helpful staff and they did recognized your Expedia grade! Room is comparatively spacious as compared to traditional Japanese hotel. A walkable distance to the Hakata Train Station and they do offer free parking !"

"There was a really funky smell right outside the hotel - obviously not the hotels fault was it was very unpleasant. "

"We arrived to the hotel and found that it did look anything like the lovely clean and bright pictures we had seen listed. It was dark, and there were several stains dotted around the apartment from walls to sofa to carpet. This had already put us off, and then we opened the bathroom door to be greeted by the smell of raw sewage coming up from the drains. Due to arriving after an International flight, we made do and stayed for 1 out of the 2 nights booked. The next morning the smell had become 10x worse and was filling the apartment. I no longer felt comfortable staying here when I had paid over £160 for 2 nights, I expected far better, and booked myself into another hotel up to road to enjoy the last night of our stay in Fukuoka there. Along side this, we were greeted with very lacking kichen supplies, one kitchen knife, 4 spoons, a plate, 2 glasses and a pot come pan. No oil, no utensils to cook with. Other than the location and easy check-in / out I would unfortunately not recommend this property"

"I had a great stay here! The staff was friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The other travelers staying at the hostel were extremely quiet and respectful. It was a bit of a walk to the old town area, but it was in a very quiet and peaceful part of town."

"The room was clean and check in was easy. I appreciated just being able to check in on my own without a front desk. There wasn’t any sheets for the bed, but other than that it was a good stay. "
