It was night time and I came straight from the airport. I have to ask her to come with me to my room so she will understand. I was given a new room but my card key was not working. I got to the hotel around 11:am and asked the person at front desk if I could have an early check in. I was told check time was 3:00 pm. Hotel has no proper seating so I had to wait 4 hrs at the in-house restaurant. My room was extremly small. Front desk wanted to charge me 3000 yen for an extra key.
