We don’t see staff members around but maybe there’s a number to call them if needed. We knew check in was on the second floor but was not accessible by stairs only elevator. We had to help another guest looking to check in. We got in early and wanted to leave our luggage but did not find out that we had to make that request at least 24 hours in advance. The room had more room than expected. The bunk beds worked out ok. Check in was impersonable (contactless) not what i was used to in Japan. The room was clean and we got more towels than we could use.
