The beds are comfy and firm. The room itself is clean and well stocked with the usual hotel amenities. Great location. Very quiet. They put a warning sign that it takes a while for the water to get hot but we had no problem with it. The elevator is a bit small and hot so just be aware. Also it’s self check in and check out. Check in is done via a tablet on the 2nd floor. You will receive a link to fill in the particulars of the people staying 2 days before check in. Language can be selected on the tablet during check in, just key in the check in pin you got from the previous link. They will do a video chat with you to go through the amenities, there is detailed brochure in the room too. Take a screenshot of the door pin when done in case you cannot remember. Room is spacious and clean, and all amenities provided for. We knew check in was on the second floor but was not accessible by stairs only elevator. We had to help another guest looking to check in. We got in early and wanted to leave our luggage but did not find out that we had to make that request at least 24 hours in advance. The room had more room than expected. The bunk beds worked out ok. Check in was impersonable (contactless) not what i was used to in Japan. The room was clean and we got more towels than we could use.
