I appreciated the laundry machine in the room, which made it so much more convenient and was a super plus feature (whereas other hotels are shared laundry). The hotel is clean and the free beverages were nice. I just didn’t like the location because we had to cross the grittier part of Hakata station to get back. That food street had smoke coming from Burger King in addition to a lot of crowds before the calm. Once you get past that, it is less chaotic. The hotel is nice, overall.
