But they didn’t replace the towels, didn’t clean the room, and I had to ask for water myself. Honestly, it was ridiculous that I had to ask for extra towels instead of them just providing them. Like, is that really how it’s supposed to be? Most of the staff were super nice, except for a few. This is our second time staying here during our family trip to Fukuoka. The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from Hakata Station. The room setup—with two double beds and a sofa bed—is perfect for families. However, I’d like to highlight a discrepancy regarding the breakfast policy. When booking through Hotels.com, it stated that breakfast was included for 4 guests (including children). But when we confirmed directly with the hotel, we were told that breakfast is only included for 3 guests, and children are charged separately. Check-in relatively easy but only with remote staff. We found a noodle stuck behind a lamp next to the bedside, which was rather disgusting and shows that cleaning isn't taken very seriously.
