On the second floor (no lift) of a condominium, this pleasant T3 has been optimized for your comfort: \- You enter the living room with kitchen, dining table and sitting area. As for transport, you can reach the Cours des 50 otages in less than 5 minutes by tramway lines 1 and 2, or buses C2, 23 or 12 (from rue Paul Bellamy). For your car, there's a public outdoor parking lot at Place Talensac (fee payable). To get to the station: From the Talensac stop, take the C2 bus in the direction of "Gare Sud" for about 10 min.
