We loved this place. The attention to detail and all the little touches were amazing. Very thoughtful. For instance all the branded stationery and encouragement to slow down and relax and listen to records… you wouldn’t find this at a big hotel. The location was convenient, although obviously dependent on what you want to do: Gwangalli and Haeundae beaches were a longer metro ride. My only wish was that the cafe below the hotel opened earlier. 10:30 seems very late for a western traveller!

Very good base for exploring

We had a great stay at Ocean 2 heaven. The best was super comfy, the bath was amazing and huge! The location is great.

Overall this is a lovely hotel. Check in was friendly and very efficient. The room was compact and there was not loads of storage space, but it was comfortable and clean. Bedding was high quality. It had large towels, rather than small ones, like those provided at many hotels here. The bathroom was modern and had it was nice to have a shower curtain. The hotel seems to have a reward policy for people who do not want their rooms cleaned at all. We wanted the room to be made up, but left towels...

Nice room and bathroom. Very close to Lotte Mall and Busan tower

Nothing wrong with this hotel at all. Slap bang in the middle of where the action is, yet quiet and peaceful. And good value for money.

Loved this hotel. We had the family room with 3 beds and it was very spacious. Air con was strong. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downfall is the bathroom because its like a wet room. Even though we've closed the shower door, the water still weeps through within the bathroom floor.

Thank you, excellent service and nice room! They even helped us find parking for our car.

Loved our stay, everything had been thought of and covered. Couldn't have asked for a better stay or location.

It was an excellent 6 nights stay in this hotel for my birthday holiday in Busan. I wrote in advance to inform them my bookings and made a special request for the room conditions. They made it for my requests during my stays. The staff can speak English and are helpful and friendly. If you can't understand the Korean language on the tv romote and air cond remote, call to ask. If you think your room is too hot from the central heating system, call them to let them know, they can provide you a...

The staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and accommodating. The room was a good size and well equipped and even had Netflix. The area is great for getting to Jalgachi Market and lots of restaurants and shops nearby plus the metro for ease of getting around. We would have stayed longer but they were fully booked.

Had a good time staying in this budget accommodation. Location was excellent. The room was basically clean & tidy. Just a bit natural wear & tear as it was not new. I like the "help yourself" breakfast, got fresh eggs, flakes & cup noodles, tea or coffee, juice etc. Just treat it as a bed & breakfast, it's above average.

Location was great. Spacious room.
