"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The gym was airy, spacious, and well-equipped. Last, but not least, the breakfast buffet was delicious. At its basics, the beds were spacious and comfortable with high-quality linens and pillows. "Service was poor. The hotel claimed to be luxury. Not luxury at all. Paper cups. No drinking glasses available. No ice service and no staff would get ice. I had to go 7/11 and buy ice. Restaurant closed. Bar closed. Noisy room fan. "

"The room we stayed in was fantastic. spacious, clean with modern amenities and very comfortable. The location was so convenient as there’s a walkway from Busan station to the hotel. It’s a bit confusing to find that main lobby to check in ( located next to the Nice2CU convenience store) but it’s on the ground level. Easy access to the subway. This is a hidden gem for the price. "

"The location was really convenient, and the fact that the hotel had a styler, laundry machine and a stove top was definitely a plus. However, the bed was one of the most uncomfortable thing ever. The bedding was nice, but sleeping on the mattress was worse than sleeping on the floor. Plus, the room was really dry. But the staff was really helpful and kind. If they decide to change the mattress, I would even consider staying here again. "
