We really liked the set up of the room We were traveling with 2 teen girls so they had their privacy and own space on the upper bunks. The beds were comfortable. The check in process was a little difficult. There is no staff on site so it was self check-in, which we knew in advance. The initial check-in was simple, but then you had to place a call on a supplied tablet in the reception area to verify your check-in. It was a little difficult to get ahold of someone and the reception was spotty. The girls checking in before us had to try to call about 5 times before finally reaching someone. We asked them not to hang up so we would not have to go through what they went through. Once this process was completed, everything else was great.
