Quite many choices and you can choose western or Japanese food. The staff are friendly, both at front desk, housekeeping. They are willing to help. They helped fix the lighting in the bathroom. Due to high volume of foreign guest registered in the hotel, I would imagine there would be more English speaking associates working. We loved the location of walking distance to the mall, Kokusai Dori, and lots of eatery. This hotel is good with families and any special requests. Great job Grand hotel consort.
