I brought my daughter with me and she had a wonderful stay. I think it would be nice to have an option available to guests for a firm or soft pillow. I did not have the time to check out the amenities, but I think they are nice touches. I thought it was new and spacious hotel in Naha port which would have a nice journey. But the hotel room was very smelly. The hotel staff were not nice at all , unwilling to help.
