"Lovely little inn in very quiet location (though easy to get to Halifax). Room was great size, good facilities, bed was comfy! We had a nice view of a sheep field. Cooked breakfast was only available Friday - Sunday, but we were provided with a little cool bag of breakfast items which was unexpected bonus. We only stayed one night for an event in Halifax, but would definitely stay again and for longer."

"The room was clean. Beyond that, this hotel could not be described as nice. Passing through each fire door, is a different but equally unpleasant smell. The room had it's heyday in 1986, and the water pressure was so low the shower water was falling behind me, not on me. There are worse places, but I w"
