Summary: Originally built in 1800, this house is now fully renovated with brand-new high-quality appliances, furniture, floors, heating & central air, and sleek modern furnishings! This home is just a short walk into the magical town of Mystic! With an abundance of water activities, shopping, delicious restaurants, and historic attractions, Mystic is the perfect place to bring family or friends for a New England getaway! The Space: Following Seas can sleep 6 guests comfortably and comes with all the basic necessities that guests need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. The properties share parking with our twin next door. 2 car parks are available for this property in the driveway directly in front of the house. The outside has a small patio and grill for guest use. There are Smart Locks on the doors for self check-in and guest convenience. Once inside the home, it is noticeably fresh from a full renovation including new appliances, floors, and furnishings! The spacious living area is great for gathering guests together to spend time together enjoying the new furniture. The Primary Suite is located off of the living area with a queen bed, large closet, en suite full bathroom with a luxe two-headed shower, and in-unit laundry. The first floor also features the kitchen with: Full range Ice maker Coffee maker New Whirlpool fridge Coffee grinder Toaster oven Skylights A stacked in-unit microwave and oven! It has a beautifully modern table that seats 7 for dining. Off of the kitchen, there is a smaller seating area with a dedicated workspace with dual monitors and a standing desk. There is also a half bathroom next to the stairs. Upstairs guests will find the other 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and dual-monitor desk setup and the other with two twin beds and children’s books & toys. There is also a full bathroom with a standing shower for shared use. We has a wonderful stay in 6 Elm place, their adjacent property last year. Our stay at 8 Elm Place was excellent! The house is beautifully renovated and has everything you need.
