The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI. Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises. About the space: Unit 2 is located on the ground floor and offers the following layout and amenities: \- One bedroom with queen-size bed \- One bath with shower \- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu \- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave \- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware. \- Nespresso machine \- Separate dining area \- In-unit laundry \- WiFi \- Air conditioning via window unit \- Off street parking Guest access: Guest access via keyless electronic lock.
