Not enough bathrooms on main levels by pools. The only bathroom they had was filthy and smelled terrible. No close ice machines.

If you wasn't able to go out on the beach due to the weather you still had other activities at the motel swimming lazy River two or three swimming pools hot tub etc, lot of shopping areas shopping food grocery stores department stores

I really enjoy that there were lots of water options for different ages. What I didn’t like was a time rush to load up when everyone was using the elevator. I was panicking that my car was gonna get towed.

The property was really family oriented but they lack on the cleanliness. Our tub was clogged and took hours for the water to run out.

Great restaurants right next door!!! 7 swimming pools in excellent condition and amazingly clean and well maintained!! Just an absolutely stunning experience!! I felt like I was in the islands!!! This location you can tell is trying. Staff was nice for the most part. Food all around from the bar to the store was pretty expensive. Room was musty and dated and last night ended up killing a few roaches. On our last night the DJ was so loud our 2 yo could not sleep. Called the office and they could not do anything about it even though they booked the DJ and was on their property. We will look to stay else where next time.

The property was very nice. It had everything that you would want to do with your children as well as the beach was very close, which was very nice about it. The room was very clean. It was nice. The staff was great downsizes. The mattress was a little rough little hard, but otherwise, I think it was a really great place to stay

I had a really good time at the hotel/ resort they had many different pool options indoor and outdoor it also had direct accesss to the beach. Most of the food places were in walking distance from the hotel. Room was clean and big had a nice view outside my balcony I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. One thing I forgot to add they will hold your luggage before and after checkout as well!

This was no vacation destination this was a nightmare. From cockroaches to pubes to just overall filthy this place is not worth your time. The elevator was constantly breaking down making us feel unsafe. They state that they will bring you towels and toiletries but we never received you will only get housekeeping after you check out. We called the front desk multiple times asking for toilet paper stuck in our room on the toilet no one ever came. Not only that but the front desk manager laughed in my face when I came down myself again to ask. This property is advertised to be kid friend and is absolutely no place for a child. We were forced to book another place to stay and we were not even refunded for the night we didn’t stay there very disappointing what a waste.

We enjoyed our stay in Sea crest. The checking in and out process was smooth and easy. Staff is very accomodating and friendly. We like the resort because of its indoor and outdoor pools and easy accesibility to the beach.

The people that work there are very nice. The room we had was not clean enough to my standards I found hair in the shower and I had to clean out. The only good thing was we could walk on the beach and they had like 3 different pools for the family.

The stay was ok, not sure if sheets was clean so i got extra top sheets..room smell like mold...tub wasn't clean the best but, we enjoyed the balcony was by the pool and dj was AWESOME WE BROUGHT THE CROWD TO THE POOLSIDE BAR OVERALL IT WAS OK
