It was an oceanfront condo and you could park on the same level as the condo we stayed in, if there was availability.

We were on the 4th floor, so we could park in a garage that was right outside of our room, but the room had a balcony that overlooked the ocean. The beach was very nice and only a few hundred feet and a straight walk from the entrance. The hot tub, lazy river, and pool were also easily accessible. The cost was reasonable, and the location on Ocean Blvd was very convenient to many shops and restaurants. The room was nice and spacious for the price with a sitting area and two beds, plus a pull-out couch. The one thing that was less than ideal was that we could not use anything but umbrellas at the beach. A large canopy would have been nice, but this was prohibited. Other than that, no complaints.

This unit was in need of a deep cleaning. The floors were sandy and when we moved the bed, there was dirt underneath it. There should be a broom/dustpan available since when staying on a beach property - it is inevitable that sand is tracked in. The patio sliding doors were not clean and the tracks need a good cleaning. This unit is designed so that you walk into the bedroom from the outside. That window faces the outside garage, with lots of lights. The only window covering was a set of blinds, with lots of gaps - so light comes through all night making it hard to sleep. There should be a blackout drape on that window. The entire property itself is in need of updating, cleaning, and maintenance. For the price, the amenities should be better.

The view was great. Parking is close to the unit made loading and unloading very easy. Kitchen is very small but we did not have children with us so that was ok. The only negative is he beds are not comfortable. I like a firm mattress but this was hard.

Prime location and amazing view. My only complaints are : no blackout curtain in the bedroom , so the lights from the hall were pretty bright at night time and the shower pressure was horrible. Everything else was just like the photos. The beach access was very easy and the pools were clean. There isn’t a Dunkin’ Donuts in the hotel anymore like advertised.

Good place to stay and convenient to stores, restaurants etc. Only drawback was some of the lights would not come on and the refrigerator never got cold. Reported this to front desk but our entire stay it was this way we had bought groceries and they ruined because of this so we had to toss them out.

There was always staff cleaning areas of the condos and grounds. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The free Myrtle Waves passes and the other discounts available were great. The only issue we had was that it said there was a Dukin Donuts in the lobby so we planned for that. Once we got there they said it's not been there in 3 yrs. Someone needs to update their site and remove it.

Room was clean. Cable tv was good on 2 TVs. View was the best. I loved the parking that’s why I wanted to stay here. I didn’t have to park in an off street lot or walk across a street. I was steps away from my car in a parking garage. Just a slight fishy smell in the refrigerator.

Excellent location, love the oceanfront view, staff were friendly .the commode need tightened it rock, shower curtain was very smelly when arrived , we had to spray it with something to get rid of smell,
