"Great location, lovely breakfast. We were lucky to get a fabulous room with a balcony overlooking the street. The only slight downside was the breakfast staff on our first morning just seemed robotic and bored. Then we had to ask 3 times over 3 days to get the complimentary bottle of wine we were promised when we checked in. Attention to detail is important at a hotel like this and while overall it was a very good place, they need to pay attention to things such as this. Having said that, we will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future."

"This is the best hotel of my trip! Wonderful, welcoming staff and they are so helpful from the moment you arrive. They literally met us at the door, grabbed our luggage, and parked our car. It was magical! The accommodations are lovely and all-inclusive. So the fridge full of drinks is yours to enjoy. Also, delicious apples available, and chocolates with the turndown service. Oh, and the breakfast is simply amazing. Would definitely recommend a stay here!"
