The staff were all really friendly and attentive, even greeting us on arrival with ice creams and a fan.
We stayed in the suite which I would highly recommend. It was spotless, had plenty of storage, fantastic air-con, and a beautiful outside space.
The hotel is in a great location, with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

"Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa.
El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno.
La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido.
Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking.
Volveremos seguro!

"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "This place will stay in my memory for a long time, a fantastic place, the whole city is unforgettable, and the hotel is in a very good location, very clean. "We had such a great stay here! The location is perfect, with lots of different restaurants just a short walk away. The hotel itself was lovely—super modern and spotless.
