"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "I cannot emphasise enough how incredible this hotel’s location is—it’s genuinely unmatched. Its right in the heart of old town, it sits directly on a picturesque cobblestone street, with the famous cathedral just to the right and old town streets to the left. It doesn’t get more central or atmospheric than this.
The hotel itself is stunning. The interiors is luxurious, and every detail has clearly been thought through. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast: not only is there a delicious selection of Spanish items (fresh pastries and local sausages), but they also offer a made-to-order à la carte hot food menu. the breakfast alone was worth the stay.
From the moment I booked, the service stood out. The hotel reached out to me via WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival and kept in constant contact, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A special mention must go to Victor at reception—he was incredibly helpful and welcoming.
The room was well-equipped, with a complimentary minibar that included a 2L bottle of water and several other drinks. The courtyard was a charming, peaceful retreat with a small pool that’s perfect for cooling off and relaxing. Every element—from the aesthetic to the amenities—was spot-on.
What truly sealed the deal for me was the flexibility and thoughtfulness: the hotel let me keep my room until 8 p.m. for a ridiculously reasonable price, which made my departure day so much more comfortable.
