"The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people.
The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that.
The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. Also a last suggestion is that you can put noise absorbing panels on the walls because we can hear everything from the others apartments.

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Stunning decor. The staff is TOP TIER. Professional, attentive and kind. The location is a short walk from the zocalo and popular shopping areas. The room was clean with comfortable beds and shower. The complimentary breakfast options were delicious and fresh. The lunch and dinner options were great. Beautiful view of the cathedrals and volcano from the room and terrace. Has a quiet and private room to work in with good wifi connection. I was impressed with the location and overall experience staying here! I must say that the staff is what made this experience amazing. I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit this beautiful city!"

"Lovely hotel in a great area just a few blocks from Zocolo plaza. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and not accommodating. Large room with plenty of space for the three of us.
