"The lobby is beautiful. Food is very good. rooms were ok, the shower hear would not stay on the holder, kept falling on the floor. The shower rod that you select between the top overhead, and hand nozzle did not work. The caulking not installed right and 3 different shades of caulking unprofessional and dirty. show door seal not installed all the way to bottom. I complained , but did not do any good "

"The lobby is gorgeous! The exterior is beautiful but there are several broken exterior windows on the ground floor making the building look decrepit. The room was very clean and comfortable but we had to call down for towels. The room decor was nonexistent so it seemed plain. Staff members were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was a buffet but too expensive for me so I didn’t eat there. The location is wonderful but the area has seen better days. "

"5th time booking here staff was so unprofessional , other people were being booked in before the check in time except us. We were waiting in the lobby and clerk didnt even bother to advise when room was ready."

"Room was nice, staff were okay, didnt try the breakfast and ac made a lot of noise but worked pretty good. I was mad because when a made the reservation thru expedia I was supposed to pay around $60-$70 for 1 night and I ended up paying $104 which didnt make sense but i didnt want to look for another hotel at the time. "
