Very different unique almost resort like the staff was amazing serveral people to serve your needs at all times friendly the things i notice was very well maintain rooms very clean and the facilities was family oriented pool garden 24 room service which at 3 am was full service i would stay their again and again it wojkd be a great choice

I liked the clean room, staff hospitality, parking, 24/7 restaurant service, and food. The only issue is that my room shower and sink were pooling. I called the front desk and they send the maintanance crew rightaway, but the issue was temporary fixed. I hope that is taking care of. However, I am willing to visit and comeback to this hotel.

Want a dirty pool? stay at safi center. we complained about such an EXTREMELY DIRTY POOL Staff didn't even responded our several requests. We stayed before at Safi Metropolitan, an ok hotel with a clean average public pool. so we thought all Safi would be maintained at a 3.5 star rate... Skip safi center as much as possible. also noisy neighbours. we noticed broken handles, our door didn't close properly. no mini fridge. small parking even undergroukd levels are small

The bar was ok clean and well attended, the restaurant was luxurious and the food was good. The room i stayed un smelled kinda mushy nothing horrible but smelled like pool water. Some receptionist at the front desk seemed to get paid to put a long face while they attended you. The pool had to be constantly cleaned due to the palm trees and dead bugs.
