In a very cold Edinburgh, the main heater was not working and a small electric heater was in the room which was ok ,bit aiso in the way,,in a very small room. Swing a cat comes to mind. The room was clean and the service was fine

Little Gem Close to everything.
Close to the city, half an hour walk to Royal Mile, nice clean rooms and the shared bathroom I used. Super markets walking distance, bus stop across the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a customer car park at the rear, and breakfasts are offered as well, thoroughly recommend staying there.

Warm welcome from the staff and pleasantly surprised by the quality of the single room and its amenities. However, one bathroom for the whole property containing the shower and the toilet is stretching it - at least separate the two, perhaps?
