The villa is located 50 metres from the beautiful Costa Rei beach and boasts breathtaking ocean views. It features an outdoor patio with granite pillars that leads to the living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchenette and a sofa.



The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with double beds, a third bedroom with twin beds, and two bathrooms with showers.

COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE:

- Costs to be paid on site: Security deposit of €200, refundable at the end of your stay following an inspection

of the villa.

- Tourist tax in accordance with municipal regulations
