    "Belvedere Quadri", 4-room terraced house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and TV. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, freezer). Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 2 beds. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Facilities: washing machine. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Please note: access to the Internet is possible via local hotspots. It is advisable to check the coverage in the apartment before buying a subscription.

Casa non conforme

Arriviamo di notte, la casa si fatica a trovare senza le giuste indicazioni! Poi apriamo la porta di ingresso ed esce una puzza di chiuso che ci fa capottare, entriamo e portiamo i bagagli al piano superiore nelle camere non c’è spazio, apriamo gli armadi per posare i bagagli ma li richiudiamo immediatamente poiché anche da qui esce una puzza da vomito, Eravamo in sette e non erano presenti le stoviglie neanche per sei le sedie lo stesso!!! La casa viene venduta per 8 persone poi il clima sporco

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wege zum Strand sind super ( ca. 100m geht es steil bergauf) und der Blick aufs Meer war traumhaft. Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Duschkabine sollte zeitnah gewechselt werden. Die Bettgestelle inclusive Matratzen sind sehr instabil.

In die Jahre gekommen aber ok

Das Internet hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Die Mehrkosten kann man sich sparen. Die Bilder der Umgebung(Rasen) stimmte so nicht ganz. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist aber sehr schön. Die Einrichtung ist ok aber in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat alles funktioniert und der Service bei anfallenden Problemen war gut.

Der Standard war für den Preis gut. Die Aussicht war schön. Nur waren folgende Dinge defekt: - Beide Toilettensoülungen funktionierten nicht korrekt. - Dach an der Veranda mehrfach undicht - Balkontür öffnet automatisch bei Wind - Dusche undicht - Türrahmen an der Duschtür defekt

Mare spettacolare, spiaggia ampia, l’unica pecca la salita per raggiungere l’appartamento tornando dal mare, ma nel complesso ne valeva la pena

Locali puliti, contatti con il proprietario per la consegna delle chiavi eccellente, personale molto disponibile. L’unica cosa da migliorare materassi e reti dei letti, sono in pessime condizioni! La descrizione sul web dell’immobile corrispondeva al vero, da specificare però che i locali si trovano in cima ad un’altura molto ripida.

Vista spettacolare

Abitazione molto spaziosa e in una posizione ideale, 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. In generale l'abitazione avera qualche piccolo problema di manutenzione: docce entrambe mezze rotte e/o con riparazioni grossolane (la porta di una delle due docce per aprire e chiudere aveva solo una vite che fungeva da perno). Inoltre alcune cose che sarebbero dovute essere presenti non c'erano, come posacenere, tovaglia per tavolo esterno, tovaglia in stoffa e tovaglioli, però il personale è davvero molto gentile e disponibile, pronti a rimediare immediatamente a queste piccole mancanze. Tutti questi piccoli difetti vengono messi in secondo piano dalla spettacolare vista dell'appartamento, infatti la posizione leggermente sopraelevata permette di godersi una fastastica vista del mare da quasi tutte le stanze. In conclusione il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e non vedo l'ora di soggiornarci nuovamente.

Traumhafter Blick mit einigen Schwachstellen

Die Wege zum Strand sind super und der Blick aufs Meer war traumhaft. Die derzeit ausgelegten Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Zwei Bettdecken für 8 Schlafplätze mhh ganz schön wenig. Eine kleine Grundausstattung wie Toilettenpapier wäre schön gewesen. Im Bad war eine leere Toilettenpapierrolle und sehr viele Haare an den Wänden und das bei 25€ Endreinigung. Das war nicht so schön. MfG
