"We loved having a whole house to ourselves, complete with a mostly full kitchen! We felt safe and secure because of the gated entrance. Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. But when we were able to ask our questions, they were very helpful!"

"These appear to be privately owned vacation rentals that are managed by a unified rental group. We have stayed in two on our trip within the same park. They were vastly different in cleanliness, condition, and amenities. Cleanliness on the whole wasn't great, but our second place really made the first look like a palace. "It was spacious for our young family of 4. It had everything we would need The price point was unbeatable compared to other properties in central Amsterdam. Thought abit of a walk from the main attractions, if needed we would take an Uber or a bolt that still made the overall cost worthwhile. "

"Excellent location close to central station, tour and river boat departures. Apartment compact and clean with all amenities. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Handy that luggage able to be left safely before check in and for short while after check out. Will definitely use Eric Vokel apartnents again. Great chpice."

"We loved our executive corner room, which was large and tastefully decorated. Staff was friendly and attentive. I had 3 issues: 1. The cleaning was never done timely. Day 1 they were in our room at 4:30pm when we needed a break after touristing all day. Day 2 they never showed even though requeste for daily service upon arrival. We had to call and be in room with cleaners again at 5pm. 2. The toilet paper is simply odd and cheap. 3. No fridge in room was very inconvenient especially at the executive level. We had to mess around with ice twice a day to keep our caviar being transported for an event cold. A bit absurd. Put back the fridges. "
