"Overall good impression, but a bit mixed feellings about breakfast: first morning we got very little coffee (less then half of small cup) and we told if we wantef more coffee we need to pay. On second day we had twice more food, three times more coffee and everything looked and tasted great. Room is tidy and quite spacious, but customary for Cuban houses, small window in the room, so very little natural light of ventilation. "From the time my 4 year old son and I arrived everyone was very accommodating, professional and pleasant to interact with. Their airport shuttle service was A1 and Rene', Alejandro, Manny, the owner, and a wonderful lady (whom I didn't get her name) were great! The grounds were well kept and it is very clean. I left my Airpods Pro there when I checked out and Rene' reached out to me to let me know and we found a solution to get them to me. My son turned 4 the day after we arrived and they surprised us both by bringing him a piece of cake during breakfast, with a candle and sang happy birthday! I highly recommend Elegancia and will stay there again when I come to Cuba. "
