"Great hotel! Lots of free parking, room is a good size, comfy bed and pillows. On site restaurant was good, food amazing too, had burger and steak chips, which was huge for the money, struggled to eat it all and breakfast in morning also great and was cooked to order. The staff really friendly and chatty, excellent service, struggling to find a fault with this stay, highly recommend and would happily stay here again."

"Had a great visit to the mumbles and Norton house made it even more special. Room was clean and we loved the navy and white decorating. . The metal sea/boat picture was a great addition. The food offering on Monday night was good . Starter and mains were really good . Tuesday breakfast was good and it was great to have poached egg cooked to order . Thank you Norton house for a good time - we would definitely stay again"

Delta Hotels by Marriott Swansea

"The Delta Hotels by Marriott proved to be an excellent last-minute choice for our stay on 25-26 September 2026. The hotel's location is a real highlight. It's within easy walking distance of the city centre, Swansea Marina & the seafront, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. It was also particularly convenient for Swansea Bay parkrun, which was one of the reasons for our visit. We were impressed by how quiet the hotel was. Despite its central location, the sound insulation was excellent a & we enjoyed two peaceful nights' sleep. The staff were consistently welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, creating a positive first impression from check-in onwards. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax after a day out. While the hotel is well maintained, it is starting to show its age in a few areas. The air conditioning worked well enough but was noticeably louder than in more modern hotels. The main drawback was the bathroom design. The shower is fitted over a particularly high bath, making entry and exit difficult. A refurbishment programme that replaces these baths with modern walk-in showers would make the hotel much safer and more accessible for guests. Overall a great stay."

"Stayed here overnight and it was a very nice stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful about everything, very good all you can eat breakfast the next day and the facilities were fantastic too. We stayed in a superior deluxe room and it was a very generous size with a comfy bed and good double shower too. The only downside was the furniture looked a bit dated and the door to the bathroom was catching on the floor , but it didn't affect our stay at all. We will most definitely be back again"

"The chalet is very nicely furnished and equipped. It is quite compact, ideal for my friend and me but a bit of a squeeze for a family with teenagers! The situation is perfect, just 4/5 minutes walk to beautiful Caswell Bay, where we enjoyed body boarding each morning of our stay. The coastal path to Langland Bay is very well maintained, with lovely views throughout, and very welcome refreshments there."
