Terrible

The stay was not good at all. We booked half board but hotel denied for the same . We booked 1 double bed but they given 2 single bed. Also Mr ashok attendant in the hotel was so rude. He said he will cancel the booking. We were helpless at 10 pm in the night that such bad hotel we booked. Terrible experience.

Loud noise keeps coming to your room

Due to two clubs on the property, you cannot sleep till 2AM on Thursday & Friday. Breakfast is horribly bad. Very few options and tasteless.

Noisy, very limited facilities..no GYM !!

Quite noisy, there always some sorts of noise coming into the room. Someone is doing carpentry work in a nearby room, or just loud banging noise. So annoying when you're trying to sleep. No gym or pool. Not worth the money.

The most disgusting hotel in the world

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The AC doesnt work, carpet is filthy, sheets are stained with what i can only imagine to be bodily fluids?!. Not only are the sheets stained the towels have skid marks and other unspeakable stain marks!. Location is very close to the airport but so are other better hotels. Mirage hotel is right across the street and is 100 times better. I DONT recommend this hotel to anybody. The hotel is facing a slum area, unless you like living near a slum and/or in a slum then this is the hotel for you. Over priced hotel not worth the money, you would be better off staying near gateway of india or bandra both locations are much much better and will give you a better impression of mumbia!
