The staff were great and housekeeping kept it very clean and very nice and spacious rooms. Easy access to beach. It's in a quieter part of Juhu. The breakfast was quite expensive and the safe in room didn't work, which was dissapointing. But overall great stay and excellent value

The best thing about the Novotel Juhu Beach is the staff. They are amazingly attentive and hospitable. The restaurant food is also excellent The hotel does have a bit of a run down feel. The beds are pretty hard, in case thats an issue for you. The worst part is probably the beach. Not the hotel's fault but it is the dirtiest beach i have ever seen.

The location sounds promising on paper. Beach is a one minute walk, which is nice. But the beach itself is in pretty rough shape with a lot of waste around it, so that walk doesn’t quite deliver what you’d hope for. All rooms have only a partial view with no direct sea-facing option, which wasn’t what we expected. Worth knowing before you book if the view matters to you. Food was decent and the kitchen does its job. The chai though average at best, and for a coastal property that’s a small but telling miss. What saved this from being a lower rating was one front desk employee called Tabish, who genuinely tried to help us get a better room. That kind of effort stands out and I want to call it out because it was real. Overall it’s a middling stay. Not bad enough to regret but not good enough to return.

This property alleges to be a 5 star hotel, it is not. Not even a 4 star hotel. The building is in disrepair. The beach is really gross dirty and littered (which is not the fault of the hotel but just be warned) The pool is in no way luxurious. Very uninviting in fact, From the moment one arrives the energy is hectic - the staff seems overburdened. This same overburdened vibe definitely extends to the breakfast. Too many rooms and guests for that space an staff to accommodate. The breakfast is extremely stressful and the atmosphere is nowhere near a "5 star experience" which all would be fine if the quality was reflected in a low price for the rooms... but NO. These rooms ain't cheap. It has been famously said "you get what you pay for.".. but IMO at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach Hotel.. you get far less than what you pay for. being generous giving it 3 stars. I stayed for a week but this final day was an add on bc I had a sudden change of plans and had to stay on.
