The rooms were very good and clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is also excellent very close to the juhu beach. The breakfast spread was excellent.

Great stay and value for $

It’s such a clean and simple hotel with all luxury amenities. The check in was easy and fast, and the restaurant had some great food! If I’m in town, would love to stay here again!

A wonderful small 4 start hotel. Ideal for business trips. Good reasonable breakfast spread and good restaurant for dining. staff is very helpful and pleasant. Location is very good not too far from airport and central for shopping around Juhu with number of famous designers in the vicinity.

Hotel staff were great. Although the cleaning staff didn't replace used glasses and spoons the next day in the room. Location is ok near Juhu beach but aware, there is alot of traffic! The hotel itself is fine but a little run down, the rooms look a little tired/dated The main restaurant (Sesame) has great food all day and good variety at brealfast

Mumbai 2 day solo stay

Fantastic stay . Arranged hotel car to collect me from airport and drop me back after which was all arranged smoothly. Comfortable rooms with lovely big bathrooms . Pool and sun loungers were fab to have for a break from the city and the breakfast selection was divine ! I loved the chai tea station . All staff were super helpful and friendly !

The staff at the property were amazing they did everything that they possibly could to make our stay at the Hyatt centric an enjoyable experience. One of the standout staff members was the young man who was attending to our room cleaning house s name was Yorgendra he did an excellent job

The place to stay in Mumbai!

The Hyatt Centric hotel in Juhu is simply amazing. The staff at the hotel may have been the best I've ever seen. From how we were greeted upon a late night arrival or the local food recommendations the staff was always helpful. The rooms were simply amazing. Our room was very modern, clean, and spacious. The food options within the hotel itself were good and if you need some local street food you have lots of options near by. Juhu beach is right there as well. We will 100% be staying here again on our next trip to Mumbai!

Housekeeping was amazing, very hardworking and hospitable staff cleaning and dining staff. Some of the front desk staff were not as helpful as others. Our stay was amazing . Everything at the hotel matched our expectations. The check in was quick and smooth The food was great - the food and beverage manager Mr Singh was very good humble and professional. All the staff were super great Renuka + Tejal very amazing- keep it up The Bar man - Shaun was extremely great. Keep up the good work Shaun . Lastly the front office assistant manager Mr Girin - truly professional and helpful . Great job Overoll it was worth a stay Will definitely visit again Rjs

My stay wasn't as expected pleasant 🙄 the room service is very poor although some of the staff really goes beyond and above to fulfill their guests need, i really want to mention few staff names here who really knows how to take care of their guests Amit from house keeping manager really pleased with him and his service, he exactly knows what's the guests needed, i really don't remember one the staff name woh belong from engineering department he's a gem of a person very polite and respectful, they really need to train the front desk people and lot more from every department how to greet the guests...i still remember the names of front desk people but i don't want to mention and bring them embarrassment. But i don't think so I'll beever going back to that hotel

I booked this hotel as there is a roof top pool bar etc as advertised. However, small pool no bar, no shaded areas to relax by the pool. Hugely dissapointed. Masala tea at bfast time, i request less milk no sugar and every day get the same milky tea, they just did not understand. I should have spoken to the chef. But i donot like to complain when it is to do with food. Staff were friendly. Room cleaning was good. But they take dressing gown and not replace...
