Everything about this hotel is perfection. From the stunning room decor and public rooms to the delicious food, I can’t think of a single criticism. I stayed at the nearby Leela hotel earlier in the week and thought it was outstanding but the Fairmont managed to surpass it.

What a stay it was !!! Classy hotel , Beyond tasty Breakfast buffet , Staff - omg !! This two are the strongest point I must say ! Chef Yash , Suresh , other members - Madhura , Saurabh all of them were wonderful hosts . Loved it there . Will be coming back again soon

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Mumbai and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were lovely, the overall ambience was excellent, and the staff made the stay feel special. It’s a great property and I would be happy to stay here again. One small area for improvement would be managing access to the lobby during VIP visits. During my stay, there were quite a few non-hotel patrons gathered in the lobby for a VIP visit, which made the area feel unusually crowded and somewhat disrupted the otherwise calm and premium atmosphere. It may be worth considering restricting access to hotel guests during such occasions, or alternatively providing hotel patrons with preferential access and a more seamless experience. Also honourable mention to the servers at the in-house “the merchant “ restaurant whose servers were very attentive and accommodating. Overall, though, I had a very positive experience and would certainly recommend Fairmont Mumbai for its hospitality, ambience, and service.

Nice airport hotel with spacious rooms, nice gold lounge and excellent staff. Only drawbacks are lack of high tea in gold lounge and no dressing rooms for the pool area. Good value for money though. Would highly recommend.
