We booked a twin room ( double & double sofa bed ) but got given a double . What is not clear in the description of the hotel that it consists of a main building and a side building . Our room was located in the side building (401-480) some 120 steps up from the pool area , there is no lift so if you have mobility issues you have a problem (we personally didn’t).
It was advertised as adults only , this again wasn’t quite correctly described. There are 2 smallish areas that are adults only . 1 area of the garden and 1 pool ( once the life guard is off duty the kids are in).
We didn’t let it spoil our stay but these things need to be correctly advertised.
The good parts : the buffet was fabulous , you will be hard pressed to not find something that you like .
Sports : plenty to choose from.
Beach area , plenty of loungers and sea easy to get in/out off as gently sloped .

Family friendly nice clean hotel with great food. Though it's missing waterslide for the kids and a beach side bar for the adults. Overall we enjoyed the stay, rest and relaxation.

Sundia Exclusive is an absolutely beautiful hotel that exceeded expectations from the moment of arrival. The design and grounds are stunning, creating a relaxing, upscale atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind.
The dining was a standout highlight—every meal offered delicious, fresh, and high-quality food with fantastic variety throughout the stay.
What truly sets this property apart, however, is the team. All the personnel were genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful at every turn, always going out of their way to ensure a seamless experience.
It was a wonderful stay from start to finish, and I would gladly return. Highly recommended!

"We stayed for four days. The shower didn't have a door and water leaked out. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough. The walls weren't soundproofed, so you could hear everything from the other rooms, including street noise. The breakfast was mediocre."
