"Our air conditioner was not functioning well, and the room was consistently a balmy 72. Staff were kind and helpful enough. Pool facilities were kind of lame and underwhelming. Close enough to the sphere and serves it utilitarian purpose. Plenty to do in surrounding area for facilities looking to eat. "

"The only complaint was how early the hot tub/pool closed each day. After walking around all day, all I wanted was to relax in the hot tub. Our room tub didn't have jets, and the shape of it, while it had two seats, was difficult for us to fit in a relaxed way. Everything else was wonderful!"

"Helpful staff and clean rooms "

"One of the best hotels on the strip. We stayed Friday and Saturday so it was very busy but still plenty of elevators despite the crowds. The shower water pressure was terrible though. Also the sofa bed came with a very thin blanket, different from the bed. So if you have a guest sleeping on the sofa bed they don’t get a proper comforter. Otherwise, beautiful grounds, good customer service, and still one of the best in Vegas. "
