"This place is wonderful. Clean, friendly, very spacious, and super fun slides. I would definitely stay again. The lifeguards are very strict about almost anything that kids tried to do, which was puzzling to me. But other than that, it was perfect."

"We found bugs in the ice that came from ice machine. Second, refrigerate did not work. Third, no mirror in the room. Only mirror is located in a bathroom. When several people are getting ready not everyone can fit the bathroom. At last, we paid $50 resort fee and only one pool side was open. Kids splashing water is not very relaxing for adults. Plus, Waites messed up our food order several times. "

"This is always a good choice for family as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip but I will say that the hotel is showing signs of aging and the affordability and amenities has decreased. Food prices are astronomical accept for the very budget friendly Hot dog stand where you can get a Vienna Dog for $1.50 each. Even the “Budget Friendly” Steak and Shake cost us $75 for 2 adults and 3 kids. Baja Miguel’s was the same price even with two people sharing a meal. No kids menus which sucks for families. From our last visit I think the food, bowling and other amenities has rose at least 25-30%. Pool hours were only from 10am-6pm and 30% of the pool was closed because it looks like they didn’t schedule enough life guards. What’s the point of paying a resort fee if the resort is not fully open. Should have at least had access to Hot Tub in the evening. Arcade games were $2-3 for each game which adds up quickly. Bowling cost our family ~$70 for 2 games and thy didn’t have the ramps for kids which also made it hard for younger guests. One nice thing however is that parking was free and the staff was very nice! Overall from our last visit I think that they could do more to accommodate guests with a family and not buckle and fine everyone in food and amenities. "
