Cottage in beautiful Blue Mountains

"We absolutely loved our stay here- I just wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was fresh and clean, and lots of thoughtful inclusions to make it feel like a real home away from home. My daughter and I loved sitting on the verandah in the mornings watching/feeding the king parrots and rosellas. So happy to have found a beautiful place we can stay without having to leave our dog behind…can’t wait to come back another time- thank you!"

"We stayed two nights at Kyah and found the staff at both the hotel and Blaq restaurant lovely and helpful. The amenities were great, including the spa, sauna, tennis court, basketball court, and arcade room. The bedroom was well kept, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a nice wee selection of teas and coffee. The main letdown was the ventilation. Our bathroom had no extractor fan, just a tiny window, with noticeable mould and water damage on the ceiling, in the shower and on the walls. There was also significant condensation, mould and water damage around the bedroom windows. It’s a shame, as clear effort has gone into styling both spaces. Adding bathroom extractor fans and improving room ventilation would make a big difference and help prevent further damage. Overall, a nice stay for the long weekend. Addressing these issues would take the rooms from good to great."

The seating area and help yourself kitchen was lovely, with plentiful cereals, breads and spreads and a generally welcoming feel, with calming music and smells of freshing made goodies. Our room was great too, with plenty of space and useful amenities. Wifi connection good and lots of tv options for when the weather wasnt in our favour. Highly recommend the Ivenoe local pub for tasty meals and a great ambience."
