Well worthy of 4 stars, had a lovely 2 night stay with 3 adults in a triple room. Our triple room was very spacious with a small balcony and sea view, being at the front of the hotel. The Lungomare sea front road was quite noisy at night but the room was well sound proofed and we slept well. Beds were very comfortable. The room had a large double and a single bed, but the single was slightly shorter than normal which was fine for us, but you'll struggle if you're >1.75m tall. The breakfast...

Having stayed in cattolica many times since 1978 i found this hotel and its staff well above any hotel i have stayed in. Ok it might be family friendly but in august you can expect a few children. I was there for my silver anniversary and could not fault this hotel. Monica and her staff where more than helpful and would tell anyone to book a holiday at the hotel ines my visit was august 2017. The only drawback was flying into bologna instead of rimini so come on travel agents get rimini airport...

A beautiful boutique hotel. As soon as you step into the reception area you know you are in for a treat. Our room was rustic chic and had all we needed. Mini fridge, safe, coffee machine and also a robe, flip flops and towels for the pool. The pool area is beautiful. A fantastic infinity pool, plenty of loungers both in the sun and under cover. Splendida tenuta,

Great place, stayed many times. The rooms are dated and a little tired (check out the hilarious TV), but clean and comfy. Excellently located for the town and the beach. Staff very friendly, helpful and speak English.

We spent two nights in a very charming 19th century property. You can't expect to be in the 21st century but their service is 5 stars. Amazing swimming pool which luckily was only for us until mid morning. Food is great and they are very accommodating!

Lovely clean hotel family run i believe, the staff there were more than helpful nothing was an issue to resolve, food was excellent, the chef catered to our daughters needs which is very grateful, restaurant manager was fantastic he is a credit to your hotel, hotel manager very friendly and was there when ever you looked, reception staff were very helpful in sorting our needs, would definitely stay again but would like to visit again in season.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was enjoyable, and I especially liked that the coffee was freshly made—it tasted great. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We were thrilled to find such a beautiful setting for our stay at the Freelandia. The countryside is picturesque and the facilities are very good. The restaurant serves beautifully prepared meals with locally sourced ingredients and we tried the vineyards organic wine which was delicious. Great place for families but equally for couples. The coast was 20 mins drive away.

Just celebrated my 50th @ Hotel Augustus & was extremely happy. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach (Check out Bar 71 - Robbie Rasta's kiosk) Also a 2 minute walk from the train station & 5 minutes from all the shops! Excellent location & would definitely stay again.

Super location close to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. My single room was very well appointed and included a fridge which was useful. Bottled water provided daily. The bathroom was small but very modern and had everything I needed even a rear view mirror which was handy for applying sun cream! The staff were great and really helpful. This is a well run hotel with very good facilities and lovely food at a reasonable price. They take care of their customers. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, nice room with comfortable bed and shower. Good location walkable to the centre and close to the sea front. Especially liked the bar area and outdoor seating for enjoying a bottle of wine. Breakfast had a large selection of cakes/tarts.
